Your responsibilities will include

• Ensuring the smooth and continuous operation of the office
• Procuring supplies and equipment necessary for the safe and efficient operation of the company
• Coordinating cleaning and office maintenance service providers
• Collaborating with members of the organization across different departments
• Providing information and assistance to colleagues
• Handling related administrative tasks
• Organizing company events
• Welcoming and assisting guests, clients, and other visitors
• Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Handling meeting room bookings and preparing meeting rooms for use

What we expect from you

• At least a secondary school diploma
• Native Hungarian and intermediate English language skills (written and spoken)
• User-level computer skills
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with a proactive and precise approach
• Customer-oriented mindset
