Állás leírása

Responsibilities

Office coordinator tasks
Organization of office tasks
Document writing
Spreadsheet maintenance
Data entry into internal office and human resources software
Support of payroll administration
Management of office petty cash
Liaison with office vendors
Scheduling and planning meetings and appointments
Organization of foreign business travel of management
Handling minor office tasks such as reception of guests, delivering documents to post office, accountant and state offices
Working under the supervision of the COO
Liaison with accountants, team members, and project managers as needed

Requirements

Very precise person with great attention to detail
Excellent computer skills: Google Spreadsheet, Excel, Word, e-mail software
Intermediate English
Native or advanced Hungarian
Ability to work under pressure
Good interpersonal skills
Proactive, problem solving attitude
Positive mindset

Nice-to-have

Relevant experience as office coordinator, Accounting studies or experience, Statistics studies or experience, Experience with information systems such as SAP, Experience with Hungarian payroll administration, Relevant university or college degree and or experience
