Responsibilities

On behalf of our international partner, we are looking for an Office Coordinator, who takes initiative, enjoys working with people and ensures that the office runs like a well-oiled machine.
About the Position
You will be the central point of coordination for all office-related operations, making sure the working environment is efficient, safe and well-supported. This role blends operational responsibility with administrative support, facility oversight and continuous improvement initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
- Overseeing all front- and back-office activities to ensure the workplace operates smoothly-this includes reception tasks, coordinating security services and keeping everyday office processes on track
- Managing the full invoice workflow by checking, validating and approving vendor invoices in SAP before they move to payment
- Taking ownership of facility-related matters, such as arranging repairs, planning maintenance work, supervising cleaning services and handling vehicle fleet administration.
- Coordinating employee-related processes such as organising business trips, supporting onboarding and arranging various internal services
- Acting as the point of contact for HSE topics, ensuring safety requirements are followed, updating documentation and communicating with the company's HSE specialists.
- Identifying inefficiencies and proposing new procedures or cost-saving measures that improve operations across the organisation.
Requirements
Your Profile
- University degree or ongoing studies in any field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facility coordination, office operations or a similar function
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hungarian
- Solid MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills, customer-focused mindset and confident problem-solving abilities, even in a fast-changing environment
- Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, collaborate well with others and think on a strategic level when needed
