Responsibilities

You will support English-speaking management and the production team in a fast-paced environment by applying strong organizational, multitasking, and collaborative skills. Your dynamic role will include being the main contact point between the company and its external accounting firm for financial and HR processes, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring efficient deliveries by packaging components and arranging their courier services. 

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Collect, organize, and track financial documents for monthly submission to the accounting firm.
  • Collect and review wage-related documents from employees, ensuring accuracy before submitting them to accounting.
  • Coordinate international deliveries by packaging components, preparing paperwork, and arranging couriers.
  • Source office and production supplies, manage stock levels, and handle customs clearance for imports.
  • Create and maintain Excel/Google sheets for production tracking and reporting.
  • Organize company documents by copying, scanning, and filing them appropriately.
  • Support management by translating letters, scheduling appointments, preparing documents, etc.
  • Assist with government and certification processes by researching requirements and preparing for audits.

Requirements

  • At least secondary education
  • Fluent in English and Hungarian, both spoken and written (C1 minimum)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and general computer literacy
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Familiarity with courier systems
  • Familiarity with either basic HR or accounting tasks
  • Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and adaptable. Must thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills

Nice-to-have

  • A degree in business administration, logistics, office management, or a related field
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with ERP software
  • Experience with ISO 9001
