Állás leírása
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage shipping quotations, documentation, commercial invoices, and customs or regulatory forms, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Handle booking requests from customers or internal teams, confirming space with carriers and applying current rates based on shipment requirements
- Plan and coordinate international shipments, ensuring proper consolidation and routing of cargo according to company and customer instructions
- Stay in constant communication with shipping lines, overseas offices, and destination teams to track shipments, manage delays, and handle special delivery needs
- Build strong working relationships with key service providers such as shipping lines, trucking companies, and customs brokers to ensure smooth operations
- Support customers throughout the shipping process, providing updates, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience that meets our service standards
- Proper management of our TMS system, including issuing customer invoices and handling supplier invoices
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in operational roles within import and export forwarding processes
- Fluent in both Hungarian and English – written and spoken
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle client needs efficiently and professionally
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you're a good listener and a clear, concise communicator
- Highly organized and proactive, with a strong attention to detail and follow-through
