Responsibilities

Organizing, coordinating and administering shipments
Preparing shipments for dispatch, including obtaining and issuing required documentation
Preparing shipment-related reports and checking invoices
Tracking shipments online and ensuring accurate status updates
Maintaining continuous communication with customs agents regarding customs clearance and cargo handling
Liaising with customers regarding shipment status, invoicing and regulatory requirements
Maintaining effective working relationships with internal teams and external partners

Requirements

At least a secondary-level qualification in a relevant field
Minimum 3 years of experience in ocean/sea freight forwarding
Communicative level of English, both written and spoken, knowledge of Hungarian is an advantage
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Proactive, motivated and attention to detail
Strong problem-solving skills and flexibility
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Team-player mindset with the ability to work independently
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
Confident user-level computer skills (MS Word, Excel, internet)
