Responsibilities

Monitoring customer orders and coordinating order fulfillment with logistics partners and warehouses
Handling customer return processes and communication with external logistics partners
Tracking orders from order placement to invoicing and return completion
Reviewing pending orders and supporting follow-up actions
Contributing to solving customer complaints and supporting consumer experience
Assisting in resolving operational issues and solving customer complaints

Requirements

Ongoing university or college studies for at least 1 more year
Good command of Hungarian and English, both written and spoken
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
Excellent organizational skills
Problem-solving mindset
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Availability to work at least 25 hours per week
