Responsibilities

About the RoleAs an O2C Export Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing end‑to‑end export operations for our Consumer Healthcare portfolio across global markets. You will ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating orders, transport, documentation, and compliance—helping ensure our products reach customers safely, efficiently, and on time.

You will work at the centre of a global network, partnering with supply chain teams, manufacturing sites, finance, customs, freight forwarders, and customers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end export flows, coordinating customers, markets, factories, distribution centres, and transport partners.
  • Process and track export orders from receipt to invoicing and delivery, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations, internal procedures, Quality standards, and international pharmaceutical guidelines (including GDP & ICH Q7).
  • Optimise transport plans and delivery timelines, balancing customer needs, budget expectations, and commercial agreements.
  • Support revenue achievement and stock availability, helping to prevent delays, shortages, or service disruptions.
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues collaboratively.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, including automation initiatives, process efficiency gains, and global projects.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years’ experience in International Trade, Export, Logistics, or Transportation.
  • Understanding of end-to-end O2C processes, export compliance, customs, and tax regulations.
  • Hands‑on SAP experience (S4 Hana preferred) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Analytical, detail‑oriented problem-solver, with strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Customer‑focused mindset, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders diplomatically.
  • Self‑driven team player, able to work independently, prioritise effectively, and deliver with accuracy.
  • Language: Fluency written and verbally in both English and French
