Are you passionate about driving supplier excellence in a highly technical, international environment?
We’re looking for a Nuclear European Supplier Performance Engineer — a proactive professional who will strengthen supplier relationships, monitor performance, and lead continuous improvement across our European nuclear supply base.
If you’re skilled in supplier management, quality assurance, and technical manufacturing processes, this is your opportunity to make an impact on critical global projects.

Profession Services, as a private employment agency (registration number: BPM/01/15807-3/2015-1003), is accepting applications.

Supplier Evaluation and Development

  • Conduct in-depth assessments of suppliers’ capabilities for complex technical products and systems.
  • Ensure suppliers have all required tools, equipment, and materials for consistent, high-quality production.
  • Lead supplier qualification and development projects, focusing on cost reduction, risk management, and process capability improvement.
  • Support new product introductions through manufacturability assessments and robust project scheduling.
  • Prepare regular supplier performance reports and presentations for management reviews.

Supplier Management

  • Communicate and enforce technical and quality requirements to suppliers.
  • Monitor supplier performance through scorecards, KPIs, and dashboards — driving improvement in Quality, Delivery, Cost, Sustainability, and Risk (QDCSR).
  • Develop and implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for underperforming suppliers.
  • Manage the Supplier Corrective Action Request (SCAR) process, including root cause analysis and verification of corrective and preventive actions.

Continuous Improvement

  • Use data-driven analysis to identify opportunities for performance and process optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, and quality) to ensure full alignment and seamless communication.
  • Contribute to the development of the Nuclear Supply Chain Playbook and drive standardization across European operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in supplier performance management, quality, or related engineering roles.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes — machining, welding, forming, mechanical assembly, inspection, and testing.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Power BI.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Additional language skills (German or French) are an advantage.
  • Dynamic, international work environment with a focus on collaboration and innovation.
  • Hybrid work flexibility and supportive team culture.
  • Ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
  • Commuting benefits and access to free sports facilities.
  • Inclusive workplace that values employee wellbeing and diverse perspectives.
  • Canteen
  • Parking
  • Sports facilities
