Responsibilities

Project management: Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets for new products.
Cross-functional leadership: Lead and coordinate with various teams, including engineering, operations, marketing, and sales.
Supplier and manufacturing liaison: Manage communications with suppliers and manufacturers, resolve issues, and ensure the supply chain is ready for production.
Quality and compliance: Set standards for quality control, manage production data integrity, and ensure the new product meets all project requirements.
Risk and issue management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could delay the launch.
Strategic planning: Contribute to long-term strategy for new product introductions and process improvement.

Requirements

Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Several years of relevant professional experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
Proficiency in managing budgets and resources
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic or ambiguous environment
Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Nice-to-have

Several years of experience in a manufacturing or product development environment
Practical experience in new product introduction (NPI) or project coordination
Experience collaborating with international suppliers or overseas manufacturers
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
Technical degree or engineering background is an advantage
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
