Feladatok:
For our German manufactoring client in the automotive sector, we are looking for an NPI coordinator, who will plan and implement new product launches. If you have experience in related roles, and you speak English confidently, this might be interesting for you.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Planning, coordinating, and executing product launches for automobile components in close collaboration with various departments, including product development, manufacturing, procurement, and sales
- Developing and implementing detailed project plans and schedules for the product launch process to ensure that all milestones and deadlines are met
- Close collaboration with customers and internal teams to understand the requirements and expectations for new products and ensure they can be successfully transitioned into production
- Identifying potential risks and challenges during the product launch process and developing solutions to minimize impacts on schedule, budget, and quality
- Monitoring and analyzing the performance of product launches based on predefined metrics and continuously improving processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer demands throughout the entire product launch process, including the documentation and submission of all required materials related to the industrialization of new products.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field - or comparable education.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and new product launch management in the automotive supply industry or plastic production
- Fluent English is a must, German is advantage
- Well-founded understanding of product development and manufacturing processes as well as requirements for quality and delivery performance in the automotive industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders at different levels
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, combined with a structured and results-oriented work style
- Flexibility and resilience to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements
