New Product Introduction Engineer [BC-NPIE26]

Our client is a globally well-knowned & prestigious company that works in the energy sector. Due to the strategic plans, this company develops the Hungarian presence with establishment of a totally new production line over the past period.

• Leading new product projects
• Managing qualifications related to new products (NPI).
• Managing qualifications related to new technologies (NTI).
• Interpreting technical drawings.
• Preparing qualification packages in accordance with engineering and drawing requirements.
• Acting as a liaison between engineering, manufacturing, technology, and quality teams, coordinating teamwork among them.
• Preparing preliminary and post-calculations for new products.
• Managing current qualifications of existing products

• Ideally, higher level education as BSc or Msc degree (engineer / technical degree)
• At least 3 years experience in project management and in manufacturing environment
• Strong technical foundation with a process-oriented mindset
• English/German and Hungarian language knowledge on negotiation level
• Comprehensive understanding of production processes from a project management, engineering, logistics, and manufacturing perspective
• Knowledge of AutoCAD systems
• Comprehensive computer skills (MS Office; ERP handling)

• Automotive or electronics industry background is preferred
• Experience gained in machining, welding, and assembly environments
