Responsibilities
- Monitor network performance and promptly detect and resolve any network failures.
- Design and maintain the configuration of network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Implement network security policies to ensure the security and stability of the network.
- Regularly perform network health checks and performance tests.
- Provide technical support and assist users in resolving network connectivity issues.
- Create and maintain online documentation.
Requirements
- Have at least 3 years of experience in network operations and maintenance.
- Be familiar with TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP protocols, routing and switching technologies, and VPN technology.
- Be proficient in the configuration and maintenance of network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Possess strong troubleshooting skills and be able to quickly identify and resolve network issues.
- Have good teamwork spirit and communication skills.
- Overseas network operation and maintenance experience is preferred. Certifications such as CCIE, HCIE, H3CIE, CISP, CISSP, or PMP are also preferred.
