Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled NetSuite or ERP System Administrator to own the configuration, maintenance, optimization, and support of our Oracle NetSuite ERP platform. This role serves as the primary technical steward of NetSuite, ensuring the system remains secure, performant, and aligned with evolving business processes across finance, operations, inventory, sales, and other functional areas.

Key responsibilities:

Handle day‑to‑day NetSuite administration (users, roles, permissions, custom fields, forms, workflows).
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy.
Manage NetSuite releases: test changes in sandbox, analyze impact, and communicate updates.
Build and maintain customizations using NetSuite tools (SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, saved searches, reports, dashboards).
Automate and optimize business processes to improve efficiency.
Support and maintain integrations with third‑party systems and APIs.
Provide user support and training; maintain documentation and knowledge base.
Work closely with finance, operations, sales, and other teams to gather requirements and design solutions.
Ensure system security, compliance, and proper role governance.
Support data migrations, new modules, and ongoing system improvements.

Requirements

3–6+ years of hands‑on NetSuite administration and configuration experience (OneWorld experience is a plus).
Strong knowledge of core NetSuite features: roles/permissions, custom fields/forms/records, SuiteFlow, saved searches, reports, dashboards, SuiteAnalytics.
Practical experience with SuiteScript (1.0/2.0), APIs (REST/SOAP), and integrations.
Solid understanding of ERP processes (financials, order management, inventory, procurement, CRM).
Experience with data imports/exports, CSV uploads, mass updates, and maintaining data quality.
Familiarity with NetSuite release cycles and change management practices.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice-to-have

Oracle NetSuite Administrator Certification (or SuiteFoundation + relevant SuiteCloud Developer certifications)
Experience with NetSuite integrations (e.g., Celigo, Boomi, custom APIs, third-party apps)
Background in a specific industry vertical (e.g., manufacturing, distribution, e-commerce, professional services)
Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, or other scripting/programming languages
Experience supporting multi-subsidiary (OneWorld) environments or international operations
