Near Patient Nurse

Location: Spangdahlem/ Hybrid

Contract type: Full time/permanent

About The Role

Join our Near Patient Program supporting the TRICARE Overseas mission.

Core responsibilities include:

Medical Case Management: Oversee and coordinate inpatient care for patients

Communication and Coordination: Facilitate smooth transitions of care upon hospital discharge back to the responsible military treatment facility

Patient Advocacy and Support
Ensure patients understand their treatment plans
Act as an intermediary between treating medical teams and patients, including language support where needed

Requirements

About You

Registered General Nurse (or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years' experience and registration to practice in Germany
Recognized qualification to minimum diploma level or equivalent experience (demonstrated through portfolio/CV)
Comfortable with technology and digital tools, including typing, MS Teams, and quickly learning and navigating new systems (e.g., CRM/Salesforce and other platforms)
Proficient in German and English
Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must have own vehicle and a valid driver's license with no restrictions
Passionate about international healthcare
