Responsibilities

  • Planning and implementing the company's sales strategy in Traditional Trade channel
  • Building distribution and achieving monthly, quarterly and annual goals within the country
  • Building and managing the organizational structure of the sales team
  • Managing clients and building relationships to implement the sales strategy
  • Searching for new business partners on the market
  • Implementation of marketing and trade marketing activities together with the marketing team (national and regional promos, listing of new products on the market)
  • Conducting sales meetings and yearly negotiations with the partners. Preparation of commercial offers and contracts
  • Controlling the budget and operational costs related to sales in Traditional Trade channel
  • Controlling the company’ pricing strategy implemented on the market.

Requirements

  • Higher Education, preferably Master’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, etc.
  • Knowledge of the local FMCG (food) market
  • Negotiation and commercial skills
  • Experience as Key Account Manager for at least 4 years in food industry
  • Experience in managing a team and building distribution will be a plus
  • English Upper-Intermediate
  • Hungarian Native/Bilingual
  • Knowledge of MS Office package
