Responsibilities
- Planning and implementing the company's sales strategy in Traditional Trade channel
- Building distribution and achieving monthly, quarterly and annual goals within the country
- Building and managing the organizational structure of the sales team
- Managing clients and building relationships to implement the sales strategy
- Searching for new business partners on the market
- Implementation of marketing and trade marketing activities together with the marketing team (national and regional promos, listing of new products on the market)
- Conducting sales meetings and yearly negotiations with the partners. Preparation of commercial offers and contracts
- Controlling the budget and operational costs related to sales in Traditional Trade channel
- Controlling the company’ pricing strategy implemented on the market.
Requirements
- Higher Education, preferably Master’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, etc.
- Knowledge of the local FMCG (food) market
- Negotiation and commercial skills
- Experience as Key Account Manager for at least 4 years in food industry
- Experience in managing a team and building distribution will be a plus
- English Upper-Intermediate
- Hungarian Native/Bilingual
- Knowledge of MS Office package
