Molding Process Engineer

TE Connectivity's Manufacturing Engineering Teams are working in mold tooling, machining, good knowledge of the associated manufacturing processes which may include the optimization and standardization of molding or other processes within the manufacturing environment. They design and develop manufacturing process and automation platforms and apply them for the realization of new product developments and existing products already in production. 

• Optimization and standardization of molding processes 
• Design and develop manufacturing process platforms and automation platforms
• Continuous monitoring of production losses and defining and implementing actions to reduce them
• Analyse technical problems that arise in production and propose solutions
• Selection and optimization of tools for piece part production and the selection of the most suitable manufacturing concepts
• Support research and development teams to produce sample manufacturing equipment, product samples and prototypes

• Finished Bsc or Msc university studies in Engineering domain (Polymer/Materials Engineering is a plus)
• Experience in mold processes, injection molding, overmolding or polymer material field 
• English and Hungarian language skill
• Proactive mindset and excellent communication skills
