In this exciting and versatile role, you will take on the following responsibilities:

Independent management of construction projects while considering economic and technical objectives
Coordination of the design process in construction projects
Optimization of designs and plans
Involvement in the acquisition of contracts and customer relationship management
Negotiations with clients, planners, and subcontractors
Staff deployment planning and leadership of project and site managers as well as design coordinatorsActing as the primary contact and advisor for our clients

Requirements

A successfully completed degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Building Services Engineering (HVAC). Alternatively, you have completed a master craftsperson qualification or are a state-certified technician.
Several years of relevant professional experience in MEP, construction, or project management, particularly in turnkey projects
Experience in the field of data centres is desirable
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to structure processes
Independent, committed, and systematic working style combined with negotiation skills
A proactive, entrepreneurial approach, commitment, initiative, and strong team spirit
Extensive process and method knowledge, and a willingness to learn and grow with us
