MEDIOR PROCESS ENGINEER
Tasks
- Define & Improve electronic manufacturing and electrical and mechanical assembly processes for low /medium volume high mix environment.
- Establish appropriate process control according to advanced quality system requirements.
- Establish and push for Lean based environment and potential automation.
- Drive the required Shop-Floor Control System improvements.
- Collaborate across internal teams, drive Problem Solving, understand complex products and its challenges.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and help position the company at the cutting edge.
- Contribute your voice and ideas in a transformative company culture.
Expectations
- You're a dynamic, self-motivated individual who isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves, take initiative, and learn continuously.
- You deeply believe that excellence can only be achieved via well defined and tightly controlled process and those you are passionate about creating in various settings.
- You see Process Engineering as strategic engine that drive real impact.
- You’re practical and result oriented with the appropriate technical and Lean expertise and experience (preferably in quality & control conscious industry), love connecting with people and are eager to serve demanding technology driven customers.
- You have University degree, and at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar field.
- Service minded with great interpersonal and communication skills in English and Hungarian.
