Media & Web manager - Digital Marketing Manager

All about the role:
As a Media & Web manager - Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the planning and proper implementation of digital activation. Management of stakeholders and complex deliverables on country level and ensuring optimum performance for all paid digital activations. You will be part of local marketing team, direct reporting to local Brand & Trade marketing Manager.
What you’ll do:
- Managing strategic and tactical budget planning aligned with local business success
- Acting as first point of contact for all paid media activities for stakeholders: central media team, creative agency, local team
- Effective communication within Media teams as well as agency & stakeholders on proper implementation of the yearly plan
- Ensuring optimum performance for always-on digital paid media activities and campaigns
- Monitoring efficiency of online activations (performance campaigns/efficiency, support for website visits/webshops, search, Social media)
- Supporting and planning conversion-focused digital activations for brand webshop together with D2C Sales
- Overwieving website content updates and manages SEO
Who you are:
- Expert level in own function;
- Assumes leadership role and provides guidance; may lead projects;
- Works independently, with guidance in complex situations;
- Awareness of new technologies in digital marketing;
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-functional team
- Good analytical capabilities, knowledge of effective data management and ability to translate these into action
- Ability to analyse business performance to justify and adjust future plans
Education and experience:
- University degree in marketing, or related
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Has specialized depth in own discipline and recommends best practices to improve processes
- Knowledge of tools and techniques used in E-commerce, understanding of digital shopping trends
- Ability to contribute to tactical and strategic budget planning in support of the overall business plan
- Experience in online marketing such as SEM, SEO, PPC,
- E-mail marketing, Social media ads, display advertising
- Knowledge of digital campaign tracking capabilities and web analytics
- Marketing effectiveness and optimization
- Multinational experience is a strong plus
- May act as a facilitator and mentor; shares expertise with colleagues
- Creates networks internally and externally
- Languages: English, Hungarian
