Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Equipment Maintenance & Repair (industrial production machines)
- Perform daily inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs independently to maximize equipment uptime.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, diagnose issues, and implement solutions to minimize production downtime.
- Spare Parts Management
- Manage inventory of equipment spare parts, including demand forecasting, procurement coordination, and cost optimization.
- Maintain accurate records of spare parts usage and optimize inventory levels.
- Technical Support & Improvement
- Assist in installation, commissioning, and acceptance of new equipment; develop operational and maintenance protocols.
- Analyze equipment performance data and propose efficiency improvement initiatives.
- Safety & Compliance
- Strictly adhere to company safety policies and local EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) regulations.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with production, quality, and procurement teams to support production targets; coordinate with headquarters for technical standardization.
Requirements
- Valid Electrician Certificate (or equivalent qualification); background in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing equipment maintenance, with expertise in automated systems, PLC controls, and mechanical drive systems.
- Proven ability to independently troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment.
- Proficiency in spare parts management and inventory control practices.
- Fluent English for technical documentation, meetings, and cross-cultural communication.
Nice-to-have
- Prior experience in multinational corporations or Chinese overseas factories is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with manufacturing equipment (e.g., sheet mental machines, assembly production lines, testing devices) is advantageous.
