Állás leírása

Responsibilities

Support the Material & Supply Chain Management team in all operational material management tasks in accordance with ECM Regulation (EU) 2019/77
Take responsibility for the administration and control of spare parts, consumables, and service components
Coordinate regularly with Fleet Management regarding maintenance schedules, locations, and the scope of maintenance activities
Collaborate closely with Service Engineers to specify and identify the required materials
Support the procurement of materials, spare parts, and services in cooperation with operational and strategic purchasing
Maintain, review, and update master and transaction data in the ERP system, monitor inventory levels, and support stocktaking activities across all warehouse locations
Assist in the monitoring of measuring and testing equipment

Requirements

Completed vocational training in warehouse logistics or a comparable qualification
Relevant professional experience in materials management, logistics, or supply chain ideally in an industrial or rail-related environment
Confident in working with ERP systems
Structured and detail-oriented approach
Strong organizational skills, team spirit, and a solution-oriented working style
Very good written and spoken English skills; knowledge of additional European languages is an advantage
Willingness to travel
Valid Class B driving license
