Responsibilities
As a Marketing Specialist you will play an essential role in managing our marketing activities and developing effective communication and support brand strategies. Your creative and analytical skills will be instrumental in promoting our training company and driving our international business growth. We are seeking an emotional, talented and results-driven individual who can contribute to our dynamic team and help us overachieve our objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategy Development - Co-operate with the business team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies, aligned with the overall goals and objectives. Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive insights.
- Brand Management - Establish and maintain a strong brand identity for the company. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Content Creation - Develop engaging content for various marketing initiatives, including website copy, blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, event marketing, and promotional materials.
- Digital Marketing - Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Social Media Management - Manage our social media presence and develop strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth in professional and consumer channels as well.
- Email Marketing - Oversee the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, ensuring effective segmentation and personalized content for different target audiences.
- Analytics and Reporting - Monitor and analyze marketing activities’ performance, website traffic, and user engagement. Provide regular reports and insights to optimize marketing strategies and activities.
- Event Marketing - Plan, manage, and coordinate promotional events and webinars to showcase our training programs and services.
- Communication – Plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns and PR activities to establish and strengthen brand identity and thought leadership position.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPECTATIONS
- You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills: English fluency is a must. Knowing other languages at an advanced level is an advantage.
- Developed interpersonal skills.
- Experience in AI market and software development companies is a plus.
- Master’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. Additional certifications in Digital Marketing or Brand Management are a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, content creation, and brand strategy development.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, tools, and best practices. Experience with Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms is preferred.
- Ability to think outside the box, develop innovative marketing ideas, and translate them into impactful campaigns.
- Proficiency in data analysis to measure campaigns’ success, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to create persuasive and engaging content.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues from different departments.
- An interest in professional development and continuous learning.
