Responsibilities

Creating and coordinating promotional and communication materials
Planning and delivering communication activities for conferences and other events
Helping to strengthen and maintain our brand identity
Managing our website and LinkedIn channels
Develop potential new social media channels as appropriate
Supporting the promotion of our initiatives and member activities
Working closely with members, partners and external service providers
Keeping an eye on communication trends and bringing fresh ideas to boost visibility and engagement
Exploring and using AI tools to make our communication even more effective and efficient

Requirements

Excellent written and spoken English
Knowledge of another Central or Eastern European language (such as Serbian, Polish, Russian etc.) is a strong advantage
Around 3 years of relevant professional experience
University degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred
Familiarity with website management
Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
Experience managing LinkedIn profiles and creating social media content
Confidence using AI-powered content creation tools
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently in an international environment

We’re a non-profit organisation representing financial institutions across the region, and we’re looking for a dynamic, creative and proactive Marketing Specialist to join our team.
If you love creating engaging marketing content, bringing ideas to life through impactful campaigns, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. You'll play a key role in repositioning and strengthening our brand, growing our social media presence and helping us promote our events and initiatives across the region and beyond. You also ensure a smooth and in time communication with our members and develop and administrate a membership platform to ensure direct communication possibilities between our members.
