Feladatok

Marketing:
  • Create and schedule posts for our Blog, LinkedIn pages
  • Write and schedule newsletters using AI tools and provided topics
  • Website & Landing Page Management
  • Update and edit WordPress-based websites
  • Build and optimize marketing landing pages in WordPress
  • Create graphics, banners, videos and social media visuals
  • Ensure consistent branding across all content and platforms
  • Prepare reusable templates for sales activities

Sales:
  • Identify prospects and initiate outreach via email, LinkedIn, or other channels.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations highlighting features and benefits.
  • Guide new clients through onboarding and follow up to convert trials to paying users.
  • Search online Job Portals for potential engagements.
  • Prepare tailored project proposals based on templates.
  • Maintain client relationships and identify opportunities for additional projects or upsells.

Elvárások

  • good in English
  • are currently enrolled in higher education with at least 6 months remaining
  • have at least 20 hours of availability per week
  • are willing and proactive in finding new customers and initiating first conversations
  • have experience with — or are open to learning — WordPress
  • have good writing skills, especially for content creation supported by AI tools
  • can work independently and reliably meet deadlines
  • have a creative mindset and a good eye for visual presentation
  • have basic IT knowledge and feel comfortable working with online tools
  • enjoy creating content and maintaining visual consistency
  • feel confident learning new digital tools quickly
  • have a natural interest in marketing, communication, and sales

  • previous sales experience or confidence in initiating sales calls

I’m running a small IT development company, currently preparing to launch two of my own software products to the market. Alongside this, the company’s main focus remains custom software development — and I’m looking for someone who can help drive marketing and sales activities across all areas.
If you enjoy a mix of content creation, design work, and organizing marketing and sales efforts, this role is perfect for you.
Work would be administered via Schönherz Iskolaszövetkezet, where you need to register.

We’re just starting out, currently three people collaborating — and marketing is a completely new area for me. I’m open to working with someone who doesn’t have much experience yet, as long as I see genuine initiative, motivation, and a willingness to grow together.

CPros IT Consulting GmbH is a small but ambitious IT development company that I founded while living in Germany. The company’s core has always been my freelancing work in software engineering, data engineering, and architecture — and that continues to be a strong pillar of what we do.
At the same time, we are now actively growing beyond freelancing. I’m currently developing two in-house products:
  • an AI-aided website automation platform, and
  • a private retirement financial planning solution.
In addition to these product initiatives, I’m also building out our custom software development service line, where I need support not only in marketing but also in proactive sales outreach and first-touch communication with potential clients.
We’re a very small team — just three people collaborating at the moment — and we’re in an exciting early phase where every contribution has a big impact.
