Responsibilities

Your Mission
Support Daily Operations

Coordinate administrative topics (office, suppliers, basic reporting)
Interface with local partners (accounting, legal, social & tax offices)
Support onboarding and internal coordination when the team grows

Support Growth & Visibility

Contribute to local marketing actions (LinkedIn, events, simple presentations)
Help explain who VIDOUKIN is, where we come from, and what we do locally
Support trade fairs, client visits, and local networking activities

Support Sales Activities

Assist in customer follow-up and commercial coordination
Prepare offers, presentations, and basic commercial documents
Act as a bridge between Hungarian clients and international teams (Europe / Asia)

Requirements

You have a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
You are organized, reliable, and comfortable handling multiple topics
You enjoy interacting with people (clients, partners, internal teams)
You are curious about international business and cross-cultural environments
You are not afraid to learn — and you don’t wait to be told everything

Experience matters less than attitude.
We value behavior, mindset, and trust more than titles or years.

Languages

Hungarian: fluent (mandatory)
English or Chinese: working level (one is enough)
