Responsibilities
- Conducting marketing research, creating and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy for the Learning & Development Center and Recruitment
- In cooperation with other departments planning and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote vacancies, IT courses, workshops, and other educational events
- Participating in preparations and editing marketing content (e.g. articles, press releases, social media posts, video scripts etc.)
- Analysis of the effects of the campaign, the effectiveness of media activities and the effectiveness of promotional activities - preparation of reports
- Participating in improving educational products and events
- Monitoring trends, market data, conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses
- Monitoring industry events and participation in fairs
Requirements
- Relevant experience for at least of 1-2 years in marketing educational courses, educational events on hungarian market in B2C segment
- Knowledge of content marketing techniques, direct marketing, social marketing, e-mail marketing, etc. in B2C
- Proficiency in the use of marketing tools such as: LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads and marketing automation tools, analyzes tools. Knowledge of Google Analytics
- Experience in cooperating with other business units and outsourcing marketing agencies in order to develop marketing campaigns
- Fluent in English, Hungarian

Company info
NIX, a global supplier of software engineering and IT outsourcing services, is looking for a Marketing Manager to join its office in Budapest (Vaci Greens, 13th district). You’ll be part of a team of professionals who are ready to find the best tailor-made IT solutions for their multinational clients in various industries and solve complex problems. In cooperation with other groups, including NIX's internal digital marketing department and outsourcing marketing agencies, you will be responsible for Learning & Development Center (LDC) and Recruiting marketing activities on the Hungarian market. This includes research for IT courses and the job market, developing marketing strategies for LDC and Recruitment, advertising IT courses and workshops, and analyzing marketing activities.
