Responsibilities
- Develop and execute joint GTM strategies and integrated partner campaigns (digital, content, events, webinars, social)
- Own the partner marketing lifecycle: acquisition, onboarding, enablement, nurturing, MDF, reporting
- Create impactful sales enablement assets: playbooks, decks, case studies, battlecards
- Deliver and host local partner events and build vibrant partner communities
- Collaborate with Product and Central Marketing teams to localise offers and gather market insights
- Use CRM and marketing automation tools to optimise campaigns and generate pipeline
- Manage local budgets and agency relationships to ensure high-quality execution
Requirements
- Experience in B2B marketing, ideally with software vendors, ISVs or SaaS partners
- Hands-on experience with CRM / automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo)
- Strong campaign analytics mindset and project ownership
- Fluency in English and German
Bonus Skills
- Experience in cloud or ecosystem-based marketing (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud)
- Familiarity with payments, fintech, or SME marketing
- Track record of organising partner events and managing MDF/co-funded programmes
- Knowledge of GDPR and EU marketing compliance
