Responsibilities

Management and implementation of the marketing strategy across all channels
Lead the marketing team of two
Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals (lead generation)
Organising events, coordinating trade show participations
Communicate with partners, providing marketing support to them
Manage the marketing budget and expenses
Making reports and presentations
Strong cooperation with sales team, managing lead generation
Reporting to the general manager

Requirements

Strong passion for customer engagement and online marketing
Understanding of latest digital marketing concepts, tools and best practices (B2B lead gereation)
Enjoys dynamic, hands-on work
Exceptional communication skills in English and Hungarian
Ambitious, goal-driven, and focused on achieving results
Proficient in basic office softwares (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Having a university degree in Economics or Marketing with minimum 5 years working experience

Nice-to-have

Experience in medical and the beauty industry
