Marketing manager

As the Marketing Manager at Absolvo Consulting, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies of a tech-focused CEE advisory boutique consulting firm specializing in tech M&A and Private Equity transactions. Tasks cover a wide range of activities from brand building and presence to lead generation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the marketing direction of a forward-thinking advisory firm. If you also have experience in M&A / venture capital or management consulting, that's a bonus, but it's not a pre-requisite. However, we will expect you to be eager to learn what our advisors are doing and how do they support our superstar clients in achieving their growth ambitions!

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategy for Absolvo to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email and events.
• Focus on content generation and the use of B2B social media platforms is a core task.
• Participation in organising Absolvo’s own events, as well as being a co-organiser of the annual ScaleupFest, one of the CEE region’s leading scaleup events.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our marketing strategies.
