CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

Collaborating closely with department leaders, you will ensure that every message, visual, and campaign reflects the timeless sophistication of the St. Regis brand while achieving measurable business goals.
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Key Responsibilities Strategic Marketing & Brand Stewardship
- Design and implement marketing strategies to drive RevPAR and non-room revenue across spa, dining, retail, and guest services.
- Serve as the brand guardian for all on-property messaging, ensuring alignment with St. Regis’ voice and visual identity.
- Partner with department heads to translate business goals into compelling marketing initiatives.
- Maintain and optimize the hotel’s digital presence, including website content, ensuring accuracy, and brand consistency.
- Oversee in-hotel digital and print communications, including signage, in-room collateral, and guest-facing screens.
- Lead the planning and execution of seasonal campaigns, promotions, and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate to support local and regional publicity efforts.
- Liaise with Marriott International’s brand marketing teams to localize and implement global strategies.
- Manage the creative workflow to ensure timely, on-brand, and cost-effective delivery of marketing materials.
- Monitor campaign performance and ROI, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Recruit, mentor, and inspire marketing team members, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence.
- Conduct performance evaluations and support professional development aligned with brand and business goals.
Requirements
- University degree (bachelor’s or higher) in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably within luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) Hungarian language skills are a plus
