Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
Manage and optimize TikTok Shop & Amazon Marketplaces, including product listings, promotional campaigns, affiliate collaborations, and performance tracking.
Lead social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), including content planning, scheduling, and analytics reporting.
Develop and manage influencer marketing campaigns, including outreach, negotiations, briefing, performance tracking, and ROI analysis.
Create engaging LinkedIn content to strengthen brand positioning and support B2B marketing objectives.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, product launches, automated flows) to improve engagement and conversions.
Maintain and update company website via WordPress, including landing page edits, SEO optimization, and performance monitoring.
Support PR initiatives, brand partnerships, media outreach, and event marketing coordination.
Design marketing assets using Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva, ensuring brand uniformity across all touchpoints.
Utilize Monday and other project management tools to manage campaign timelines, team collaboration, and workflow automation.
Integrate AI tools and automation software to improve efficiency in content creation, reporting, customer engagement, and campaign optimization.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and performance reporting to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
Maintain CRM databases and support customer relationship management initiatives.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital, social, and marketing communications.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within beauty, cosmetics, retail or e-commerce industries.
Strong knowledge of AI software, marketing automation tools, and workflow optimization platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva is a plus.
Demonstrated experience in social media strategy, LinkedIn content creation and paid/organic campaign management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinker with problem-solving abilities and initiative.

Nice-to-have

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Monday, WordPress and email marketing platforms.
Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop, Amazon Marketplaces and influencer marketing campaigns.
Expertise in PR coordination and brand marketing support.
