What we count on you for:
- Support product development processes and integrated launch campaigns, including product photoshoots and multi-format adaptation of key visuals.
- Ensuring the timely production and delivery of promotional marketing materials for Burger King restaurants (POS materials and printed collateral).
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance (ROI, KPIs), providing insights and optimization recommendations to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and deliver CRM creative materials aligned with brand strategy and commercial goals.
- Plan and execute restaurant opening campaigns
- Coordinate local restaurant marketing materials to guarantee brand consistency and timely implementation across restaurants.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, external vendors, and agencies to deliver ATL and BTL initiatives, including outdoor advertising, in-store promotions, and local sponsorship activations.
- Manage and track the marketing budget, ensuring alignment between planned and actual spend.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to identify growth opportunities and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Perform regular restaurant visits to ensure optimal guest experience and brand standards compliance.
- Support the marketing department with daily operational and ad hoc tasks.
What will you need for the role?
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, experience in the food or hospitality industry is a plus.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing offline marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for marketing and customer engagement.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in Hungarian and active English languages.
