Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting various marketing initiatives and campaigns, ensuring their successful execution. This role will require a blend of creativity, organization, and strong communication skills to coordinate marketing efforts across different channels.This position does require minimum 2 years graphic design skill and experience. When submit the CV, please submit the previous work(s).
Communicate with web developer to rebuilt DDSTEP website. Maintaining DDSTEP & stitchandwalk websites with latest product info. Prepare graphic and video materials for our collections, DDSTEP & S&W websites. Oversee partners campaign align with the regulation of our brand policy.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in a marketing or coordination role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in english.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., email marketing platforms, social media management tools, Google Analytics).
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising is a plus.
Familiarity with graphic design and content creation tools is a plus.

Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and advertising.
Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling marketing materials, including blog posts, social media content, and promotional materials.
Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and trade shows, including logistics, promotion, and follow-up activities.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product development, to ensure alignment of marketing activities with overall company goals.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and campaign performance for management review.
Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative tasks, such as managing marketing calendars, coordinating meetings, and assisting in budget management.
