Responsibilities

The role actively contributes to the execution of marketing and internal communication activities of the division. As part of the Communication team, the role focuses on content development, campaign deployment, internal communications, and event coordination, working in close collaboration with the Customer Experience Manager, regional teams, and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the implementation of European brand communication plans, in line with defined engagement and brand strategies.
Develop and deploy marketing content for campaigns, product launches, sell-in/sell-out materials, and brand presentations with cooperation of creative agencies
Manage content sharing platforms, newsletters, and support social media content planning in collaboration with agencies.
Coordinate website content updates and ensure timely and accurate content deployment.
Support sports sponsorship activations and customer marketing incentive programs.
Monitor KPIs, timelines, and budgets related to assigned communication activities.

Lead and execute the internal communication plan of the business line in coordination with leadership team and regional stakeholders.
Create internal communication content, including newsletters and leadership presentation materials.
Coordinate the organization of the yearly customer event and recurring internal events.
Support internal communication networks across countries and regions including CSR initiatives

Requirements

Experience in marketing or corporate communication, content management (Canva, Adobe…), and campaign execution.
Event coordination experience (customer and internal events).
Good organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple topics in parallel.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Fluent English
