Állás leírása
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Assist in digital marketing activities, including social media management and collaboration.
- Maintaining and updating databases.
- Contribute to product launches planning and execution.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
- Support account management, customer relationship building, and partnership coordination.
- Participate in business meetings, performance reporting, and strategic planning.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication and marketing channels.
Requirements
- Recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest in the beauty, cosmetics, or personal care industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Open to travel for work.
- Creative thinker with strong initiative and attention to detail.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, and other digital marketing tools.
- Knowledge of AI tools and their effective integration into workflow processes is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
