Responsibilities

Market unit sales strategy ownership and delivery
Sales organization leadership, coaching, and development
Key customer, partner, and strategic stakeholder relationship building and maintenance
Pipeline health, pricing discipline, forecasting accuracy, and deal governance monitoring
Market positioning, go to market initiatives, and competitive differentiation driving
Full P&L responsibility for market unit profitability and cost discipline
Corporate strategy translation into local execution plans and measurable outcomes
Day to day operations oversight ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with standards and procedures
Resource planning, budgeting, and investment decision management
Primary escalation point for critical business, operational, or customer issues
Full compliance assurance with laws, regulations, industry standards, and internal policies
Internal controls establishment and maintenance across sales, finance, HR, and operations
Business, financial, and operational risk identification, assessment, and mitigation
Accurate reporting, documentation, and audit readiness assurance
Ethics, integrity, and compliance culture promotion
Positive business relationship establishment and maintenance in local society including public affairs
Diverse, high performing team leadership, inspiration, and engagement
Clear objective setting, performance management, talent development, and succession planning
Inclusive, ethical, and performance driven culture fostering
Employment practices, labor regulations, and internal HR policies compliance assurance
Primary interface role between market unit and regional or corporate leadership
Regular, transparent reporting on sales performance, financial results, risks, and compliance status
Collaboration with finance, legal, HR, and compliance functions for aligned execution
Compliance with corporate sustainability standards and targets
Waste management and recycling understanding support and action plan ownership for recyclability rates increase
Market trends, competitors, and local legislation mapping and controlling regarding plastic use and recycling
Sustainability related discussions, information flow support and leadership when required
Elopak’s program presentation to commercial stakeholders

Requirements

University Degree within Economics or Marketing (Bachelor level) or equivalent
Proven experience in senior sales leadership, business management, or general management role (Min. 10 years)
Experience in System Sales
Strong understanding of compliance, risk management, and Saudi legislation and Governmental affairs
English language proficiency
Arabic language proficiency
