Responsibilities

As the Market Insights and Enablement Manager, you will play a key role in aligning marketing and sales to drive data-informed strategies, compelling messaging, and high-quality customer engagement. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you'll own the processes that capture, interpret, and deliver market and customer intelligence, and turn these insights into impactful sales content and enablement tools. This global role is embedded in the EMEA Sales region and works cross-functionally with local and regional sales teams.

Key responsibilities:

Market & Customer Insight

  • Strengthen and manage the flow of market insights (trends, competitors, customer data) into the business
  • Deliver regular and ad hoc briefing packs for client-facing teams with tailored local insights
  • Build and manage a living, searchable, and version-controlled repository for insights
  • Lead Voice-of-Customer programmes including surveys and interviews
  • Work closely with Sales teams to align insights with actionable strategies

Product Marketing & Sales Enablement

  • Own the messaging framework and manage our content library (e.g., pitch decks, ROI tools, RFP boilerplates)
  • Ensure alignment between marketing materials and local market needs
  • Create and maintain customer reference stories showcasing successful use cases
  • Continuously improve the quality and relevance of bid and sales materials
  • Champion brand consistency across all sales-facing content, in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager

Event Management

  • Facilitate opportunities to connect with clients and partners by coordinating Icomera's participation in industry and company events, tailoring activities to local market needs and driving lead generation.
  • Manage event execution end-to-end, including target outreach, booth logistics, speaker coordination, demos, and follow-up actions that showcase Icomera as a trusted advisor.

Requirements

You're a strategic thinker and a skilled communicator who thrives in cross-functional, international settings. You combine analytical rigour with creative storytelling, and you enjoy building content and tools that help sales teams succeed. You are proactive, structured, and comfortable working independently on complex initiatives, always with a clear focus on client value and commercial impact.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in product marketing, sales enablement, market research, or a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting market/customer data
  • Confident working across departments and with stakeholders in different regions
  • Familiarity with modern sales enablement tools and content development best practices
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
