Market Development Manager

Area of responsibility:

Hungary - at the beginning: smaller local region with a maximum radius of 150 km.

Possibility of gradual expansion to the whole country after successful development of the local area.

Recrutiment reason:

Hungary is a strategically important growth market for VOX Profile / Vilo - with factories logistic operations and commerce teams in Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, France and India

We need a dedicated Regional Manager to professionally build the local distribution network, increase brand presence and implement VOX field-sales standards (Emigo, introductory sets, regular reporting and active store work).

Scope of duties:

• field sales - mobile type of work,
• product categories – decorative wall panels, skirtings, floors and accessories, ceiling panels, soffit panels, facade claddings/boards,
• implementation of trade policy, distribution and marketing plans on the market,
• initiating and carrying out activities relevant to the development of distribution and sales like displays in channel network showrooms,
• field work with all distribution channels and accompanying their sales team sometimes to close the projects,
• professional and efficient service in order to retain existing customers, attracting and acquiring new customers in accordance with the adopted strategy of distribution channel,
• responsibility for sales performance (targets),
• providing presentation and training to channel partners on mock ups and products on regular basis
• Main focus on traditional trade (wholesalers, specialised stores, flooring specialists), aditionally - installers, in a later stage - architects
