Responsibilities

Delivery support of customer projects using Tulip's no-code platform
Solution design and configuration for specific manufacturing processes
Participation in customer interactions and relationship building with plant managers, process engineers, and operators
Documentation of solutions, best practices, and internal processes
Relay of observations and feedback from customer engagements to Product and Engineering teams
Contribution to internal initiatives improving Professional Services team operations and collaboration

Requirements

Pursuing or recently completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science or related hands-on field
Basic coding skills or comfort with scripting
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Competency with AI tools for drafting, research and automation
Clear and confident communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Proactive, collaborative attitude
Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 25% out of term time)

Nice-to-have

Familiarity with SQL or REST APIs
Additional European languages
First experience in manufacturing
