Quality Process

• Lead Process Audits and Process FMEAs
• Ensure Process Control Plans are applied and aligned with FMEAs
• Functionally manage Quality Control within Production
• Create and maintain quality control documentation, ensure training and compliance
• Manage derogations
• Participate in defining surveillance tests
• Contribute to continuous improvement of product quality

Quality Issues

• Lead containment actions and root cause analysis in production

• Ensure customer complaints result in updates to Robustness programs (PCP, FMEA, etc.)

Quality Expertise

• Provide quality input for new developments (PMP, PEP) and support deployment of new options
• Support implementation of process and control capability
• Act as the local expert for assembled products
• Provide inputs to Supplier Quality when production issues arise

• Engineering Degree
• Expertise in quality management
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and process development
• Good command of English and Hungarian
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proactive, structured, and result-oriented approach to problem-solving
