Manufacturing Engineering Director
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- the leadership of machining, assembly, machining and facility maintenance, automation, and project management groups,
- the continuous technological development of machining processes,
- manage the warehouse of the tools, devices, and production equipment,
- ensuring the continuous operation and optimization of assembly lines,
- the continuous optimization of processes for internal and external material flow (machining and assembly),
- design, construction and implementation of new assembly technology, production cells and test equipment (mechanical and electrical),
- the preservation and development of the manufacturing and office facility,
- the project management in Eger site and international cross functional projects carried out with partner companies.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- Graduate of higher technical education such as Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering (preferred Mechanical Engineering);
- Minimum of five years of managerial experience
- Strong manufacturing background
- Good presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel
- Proficient in English
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- MSc and/or MBA degree
- Experience with SAP
