Responsibilities

Design and develop industrial automation systems, production processes, and workflows.
Develop and implement operational strategies to meet customer requirements.
Coordinate with other engineers and technicians to ensure proper installation and maintenance of industrial automation systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to industrial automation systems.
Monitor and analyze production data to identify and address areas of improvement.
Defining process and machine costs.
Checking and evaluating the manufacturability of the products.
Designing the process flow chart.
Validating and verifying the implemented device technology.

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in relevant field.
Minimum 5 year experience in design and development of industrial automation systems.
Knowledge of troubleshooting technics, e.g.: 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa.
Reading technical documentation.
Good organizational and communication skills, independence, responsibility, reliability, teamwork ability.
Knowledge of MS Office.
Basic presentation skills.
Minimum B2 level English skills.
Willingness to travel.
Experience in assembly, welding, bonding, plastic injection, automation technology.
Experience in the automotive environment, knowledge of APQP and PPAP.
