Responsibilities

Perform cost calculation and manufacturing variance analysis (material, price, and efficiency variances)
Prepare production plan vs. actual reports and monitor KPIs
Compare BOM data with actual consumption and analyze the root causes of variances
Review and validate SAP data related to production, MRP processes, and master data
Develop manufacturing reports and dashboards, and support process optimization
Collaborate closely with production, procurement, and finance teams

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing controlling
Experience in cost calculation and variance analysis
Knowledge of SAP (understanding of MRP processes is an advantage)
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Strong analytical thinking
Proactive working style with strong organizational and communication skills
Business-level English proficiency

Nice-to-have

Power BI knowledge
Understanding of SAP system integrations
