Responsibilities

Resource allocation across regions and ensuring high-quality execution
Delivery of Professional Services across the full customer journey and product enablement lifecycle
Oversight and quality control for all services delivered by the team
Coaching and mentoring team members on project management and customer enablement
Participation in recruitment and retention
Creation of individual development plans and growth of people
Leadership and execution of internal initiatives benefiting the broader team and business
Refinement of training to drive product adoption
Review and improvement of end-to-end processes

Requirements

Ability to lead teams and manage people fostering an inclusive, team-oriented learning culture
Strong resource planning and utilization management across regions
End-to-end delivery of Professional Services with project management and quality control skills
Coaching, mentoring, performance management, and talent practices including recruitment, retention and individual development plans
Continuous improvement mindset with training refinement and process review
Customer-first orientation with escalation management and cross-functional collaboration
Consistent attainment of KPIs including utilization, SLAs, CSAT, and on-time timesheets
5+ years of experience in people management
