Key Responsibilities:

The backend segments enable the development of comprehensive innovation across the entire value chain: starting with chip manufacturing, to wafer testing, preassembly, package development and development of new materials. The backend cluster combines the competencies for planning, productivity, innovation and quality, assembly and testing.

Actively participate in root cause analysis
Have an effective approach to problem solving (8D methodology and Six Sigma)
Continuously contribute to quality improvement
Communicate and closely cooperate, provide general support to the production line and operative work regarding quality engineering tasks (dealing with escalation, blocking and releasing items with a quality issue) with other Infineon departments.

Requirements:

You are a natural problem-solver with strong commitment to team environment dynamics, contributing with your expertise and sense of responsibility to ensure the required quality standards are met. You recognize potential obstacles in time and use them as an opportunity for improvement. Your quality orientation allows you to solve problems and provide effective solutions.University / college degree (specializing in technical field is advantage)

An university or college degree in Engineering (Automation Engineering would be a plus)
3+ years of relevant work experience in quality engineering
Engineering experience in a production environment would be an advantage
Good command of English; and Hungarian
Strong communication skills and a methodical approach
