Responsibilities

Guidance of initiatives driving business transformation and operational excellence
Oversight of complex, cross-functional projects from inception through delivery
Focus on transitions, process improvements, system implementations, and change management programs
Collaboration with stakeholders across the organization to support portfolio goals
Building and developing teams
Implementation of best practices
Fostering innovation
Promotion of continuous improvement aligned with the mission

Requirements

Advanced degree plus 6 years of experience managing complex programs and project initiatives
Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of experience managing complex programs and project initiatives
Preferred fields of study in business, engineering, science or related field
Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile)
2+ years of people management experience leading cross-functional teams
Project management capabilities with expertise in standard methodologies and tools
Stakeholder management and communication skills across all organizational levels
Experience in process improvement and change management
Ability to develop and execute strategic plans while managing multiple priorities
Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Experience with agile project management practices
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
Written and verbal communication skills in English
Financial acumen and budget management experience
Ability to influence in a matrix environment
Experience in presenting to and engaging with leadership
Facilitation and negotiation skills
Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
Ability to travel up to 25% as required

Nice-to-have

Industry-specific experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or scientific instruments
