Ticketcorner is a joint venture of Ringier and CTS Eventim with over 130 employees.To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged individual as of now or by agreement for the position ofManager Controlling (100%)In this exciting role, you will be responsible for planning, steering and analyzing company figures as well as advising management on strategic and operational decisions.Your responsibilities:Business Controlling:Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for individual business unitsPlanning, reporting and analysis for the Executive Board, Board of Directors and external stakeholdersFinance Business Partner for selected business units, ownership of risk reportingFurther development of systems and processes:Development and operation of the Finance BI landscape and controlling systemsBuilding, optimizing and automating finance and controlling processesIntegrating new business areas and applications into the system and process landscapeResponsibility for data-driven analyses, data models and reporting enhancementsProjects and other tasks:Representing the Finance department in interdisciplinary projects with Business Development, external consultants and other internal stakeholdersFull deputization of the Director ControllingPartial deputization of the CFOYour qualifications:University degree in Business Administration or equivalent educationAt least 5 years of relevant professional experience in controlling or financial managementExperience in lateral leadership and managing complex projectsExperience in implementing new business processes from a finance perspectiveVery good knowledge of controlling databases and ERP systemsFluent communication skills in German and EnglishVery quick perception and strong analytical thinking skillsAbility to drive innovation and think “out of the box”What awaits you:A key role in the Finance department with high visibilityRoom to shape the further development of our finance systems and processesModern working methods, exciting projects and a dynamic environmentClose collaboration with the CFO, Director Controlling and strategically relevant stakeholdersHave we sparked your interest?
