Manager Controlling

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged individual as of now or by agreement for the position of
Manager Controlling (100%)
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for planning, steering and analyzing company figures as well as advising management on strategic and operational decisions.
Your responsibilities:
Business Controlling:
Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for individual business units
Planning, reporting and analysis for the Executive Board, Board of Directors and external stakeholders
Finance Business Partner for selected business units, ownership of risk reporting
Further development of systems and processes:
Development and operation of the Finance BI landscape and controlling systems
Building, optimizing and automating finance and controlling processes
Integrating new business areas and applications into the system and process landscape
Responsibility for data-driven analyses, data models and reporting enhancements
Projects and other tasks:
Representing the Finance department in interdisciplinary projects with Business Development, external consultants and other internal stakeholders
Full deputization of the Director Controlling
Partial deputization of the CFO
Your qualifications:
University degree in Business Administration or equivalent education
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in controlling or financial management
Experience in lateral leadership and managing complex projects
Experience in implementing new business processes from a finance perspective
Very good knowledge of controlling databases and ERP systems
Fluent communication skills in German and English
Very quick perception and strong analytical thinking skills
Ability to drive innovation and think “out of the box”
