Responsibilities

  • Translate strategic directives from the CEO into actionable project plans, ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities, and success metrics.
  • Coordinate and steer projects that drive organizational transformation, efficiency, and alignment across business functions.
  • Conduct market, industry, and competitive analysis to generate insights and translate them into actionable measures, supporting strategy implementation across the organization.
  • Prepare high quality analyses and executive level materials that support informed decision making by the CEO, management board, and key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate management board meetings and oversee the preparation of board materials and documentation in collaboration with functional leaders.
  • Manage executive leadership meetings, summits, including agenda setting, preparation of materials, and structured follow‑up.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, project management, business operations, or a comparable role with regular exposure to executive‑level stakeholders.
  • Academic background in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record in leading cross‑functional strategic initiatives and managing complex, multi‑phase projects from planning to execution
  • Strong capability to develop high‑quality executive‑level analyses, presentations, and decision‑support materials that enable informed decision‑making at senior management, supervisory board, and executive leadership levels.
  • Solid understanding of financial KPIs, business performance metrics, and P&L dynamics, with the ability to translate financial insights into strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent project‑management skills in complex, international environments.
  • Experience in change management or organizational development is considered a plus.
  • High degree of professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion when interacting with senior executives.
  • Strong digital affinity and hands‑on proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Familiarity with collaboration platforms, dashboards, and digital productivity tools.

About the role: Based in Tübingen, the Manager CEO Office & Strategy Manager supports the CEO and executive leadership team by driving strategic priorities, managing cross‑functional initiatives, and strengthening organizational effectiveness through coordinated governance routines and clear communication across the company. The role combines strategic analysis with hands-on project management and operational coordination. It contributes to the strategy, organizational alignment, and data driven decision-making through structured analysis, preparation of executive materials, and close collaboration with senior stakeholders.
